The company’s exclusion and sabotage are extremely serious. The worse someone is and the less work they do, the more likely they are to get ahead. Meanwhile, those who perform better and work more diligently are repeatedly framed as the troublemakers. As soon as you do even slightly well, you become a target for all kinds of scheming and sabotage. After you are made to “cause all sorts of problems,” people kick you when you’re down or even publicly humiliate you. I’ve seen far too many examples of this, and it is getting worse and worse—a case of bad money driving out good.
