No pros! From the moment I entered the interview building, everything was extremely strange (the reception desk staff were arguing).
HR notified me by phone, sent an email, and confirmed the interview time again. However, when I arrived for the interview, I had to fill out a standard application form and was then taken to a small room. After waiting for about half an hour, a supervisor who claimed to be a sales manager came in. He began explaining how great and famous Aishining was, without giving the interviewee any chance to speak. He also specifically explained how much I could contribute to marketing. I had clearly applied for a sales position, so why was marketing being brought into it? (That was what I asked.) The supervisor said they did not distinguish between departments. Although it appeared that there were different departments, everyone in every department had to divide up the work, so in practice there were no separate departments. He explained that if I came to work there, there was no point in talking further unless I was prepared to do marketing and generate sales. What an incredibly rude supervisor. I politely explained that I really was not a good fit, apologized, and left. This was the worst and most absurd job interview experience I have ever had. It felt somewhat like a pyramid scheme, so anyone going for an interview should really be careful.
