天成飯店股份有限公司
Pros

1. Meals provided

Cons

1. The office is dirty and has rats.

2. In the department related to $, some colleagues are very scheming. They even badmouth other colleagues or directly engage in workplace bullying, portraying themselves as pitiful and telling everyone how wronged they are.

3. Supervisors do not actually try to solve problems. When employees encounter problems, they have to solve them themselves.

4. There is only a very short lunch break, or sometimes none at all. Whatever the supervisor tells you to do, you have to do.

5. I saw that a colleague from another department whom I got along well with was assigned differently because they worked in the office. The supervisor did not hire more field staff, and despite knowing there was a staffing shortage, told field staff to resign and had office staff cover field shifts. They even had to work on holidays. On the surface, they were working office shifts, but in reality they were always working field shifts.

6. Supervisors message you on LINE on holidays, and you are not allowed not to reply. You will be reported for not responding to messages and calls.

7. The senior supervisors are all very scheming.

8. Everyone is forced to purchase the company’s own products.

9. You will be reprimanded if you do not meet your targets, even if you are an office employee.

10. There are no opportunities for promotion or raises, and even when you work overtime, they will not let you report all of it.

11. Some supervisors are very bizarre. I do not know how they became supervisors.

***There is much more that I have not mentioned. The above is based on my own experience and what I have seen other colleagues in different departments experience. Whatever you do, do not work for a family business. Many of the employees are insiders. Why are they constantly hiring? Because there are many terrible positions, and many people leave shortly after joining. Think carefully before coming. Otherwise, you will be trading your health for a meager salary.***
