High chance of being hired

I strongly advise against this company. They are extremely fond of laying off employees, and even if you do your job well, they will find a way to force you out or have a supervisor come up with a reason to dismiss you. No matter how long you work there, it is always the same. The boss is highly emotional and often messages you privately after work, asking you to answer questions that are supposedly related to your “homework,” such as opinions about the online lingerie market. If your answers do not meet their expectations, they will belittle you with words like “stupid” or say that you are not very smart. Perhaps the boss thinks this is how to cultivate talent. The thing I fear most every day is opening my LINE. The company stages palace-intrigue dramas every day, yet employees are still replaced in batches anyway. You also have to be careful when the boss’s relatives come by—don’t laugh too loudly or happen to chat about something that could be reported back to them (perhaps they will think you are too idle and slacking off?).
