The company's systems are outdated, and its thinking is old-fashioned. The boss's emotional management is extremely, extremely, extremely poor, constantly cursing your ancestors for eight generations and engaging in workplace bullying. Employees are afraid of being cursed out, so they push away anything they can, making everyone very indifferent; mutual assistance will not happen here. Whenever the boss is in the office, it is completely silent. For a simple matter, you have to ask five different people before getting an answer. Don't expect to learn anything here, because no one will teach you anything. Every month, more people leave than join, and vacancies can never be filled. New hires do not even last a week at the company. With a company like this, are you sure you still want to come?
