Made contact with an elderly person with a particularly unusual surname

Had a poor attitude. Asking for a lot of information was one thing, but they also insisted that it be provided that same day; otherwise, they kept calling to demand it.

After I had done a great deal of preparation, they said that this position was looking for a fresh graduate and that I was too experienced and therefore unsuitable (I have about 5 years of work experience).

What the heck?
