A simple office. I interviewed for the accounting manager position, and was told that they were short-staffed and had openings for both an accounting manager and an accounting specialist, which made me wonder whether there was some underlying problem. They then said they had recently switched to a new accounting system and would teach me how to use it right away. During the interview, they did not mention that a certificate of a clean criminal record was required. After I was hired, and before my start date, they suddenly said that I needed to submit one. In addition, the staff there seemed relatively young, giving me the impression that people leave after working there for only a short time, regardless of whether they are suitable for the job. This made me concerned about the company's prospects and my own future plans, so I declined the offer.
