The work environment is very high-end, that's all.

The problem lies in the company policies.
The salary is also just average.
There is an administrative employee who has to say out loud everything they do.
They are constantly muttering and talking to themselves, affecting other people's mood at work.
They also slam the office phone receiver hard.
