3. In the good departments, performance is rewarded; in the miserable departments, no matter how much you do, there is nothing to argue about.
4. It is a suitable workplace for those who like militarized management, keeping you positive every day.
5. The work environment is quiet every day, allowing you to experience tranquility more extraordinary than that of a library.
6. The year-end banquet is held on a Sunday, so it does not conflict with workdays—how considerate of the employees.
7. All the basic benefits are provided. Even the water dispenser is still an old-fashioned push-button type—hygienic and good-tasting.
8. Business trips are not bad either. Those in the same unit cannot even take leave, so everyone is truly sacrificing together.
9. It is a very profitable company and also pays bonuses. Whether it earns a lot or a little, the bonuses are divided the same way.
