Pros
The bonuses are fairly generous.
Except for Miaoli, there are no offices in the other counties and cities; work is managed autonomously.
Cons
There are performance targets; you must achieve at least 70% to receive a bonus. Below that, there is no bonus.
The base salary is the minimum wage.
You must have a vehicle to take the job.
