If I really had to think of something, I suppose the overtime pay is easy to earn for certain slackers.
The environment is very messy, with goods piled up everywhere.
There is no clear separation between the office area and the warehouse.
First, the job title during the interview was different from the position after joining the company.
Then there was the beautiful picture the boss painted during the interview:
that the future trend of doing business was e-commerce,
and that young people should exercise their creativity and come up with plenty of sales copy.
However, after starting work, I was assigned to handle packaging, goods, and shipping.
Every day, by the time the shipments were finished, it was almost time to get off work.
When it was finally time to come up with sales copy, I had to do it at home or stay late and work overtime.
One person had to take on several roles, and the work allocation was extremely poor.
Then I was mocked for being inefficient.
The direct supervisor only knew how to collect a salary without doing much and flatter the boss.
The boss had very little patience for waiting for results.
Newly proposed sales plans were often criticized as ineffective and required to be revised after about a week.
Even when a plan was effective, the company would not credit the employees for it.
When the supervisor made a mistake at work, the boss would only protect them,
just because the supervisor had been with the boss for longer.
The employees underneath had to take the blame and be questioned about their poor results.
The company has an extremely high turnover rate among new hires and is short-sighted and unwilling to cultivate talent.
In short, anyone thinking of applying should think twice.
