The interview ended in less than a minute, so it was really impossible to observe any advantages.

At the very beginning of the interview, when the interviewer heard that I had previously worked as a temporary contract employee at a certain food company, they immediately interrupted me and said, “We cannot hire you under these circumstances. Since you have worked in a similar industry before, we are concerned that confidential information might be leaked. Please leave via the escalator on your right.”

I first explained the nature of the temporary contract work (it was simply clerical data entry), but the other person had no intention of listening. They just said they understood, but that it really was not possible, and apologized.

However, when I applied for this position, my résumé clearly stated that I had worked at a certain food company. This makes me seriously doubt that they had reviewed my application materials at all. In addition, the job posting did not mention that people who had previously worked in a related industry were prohibited from attending an interview. The entire process was a complete waste of time and extremely disrespectful. It was a terrible experience (the test took one hour, but the interview ended in less than a minute).
