The HR department’s only function seems to be scheduling interviews. It was very obvious that the manager hadn’t carefully reviewed the candidate’s résumé beforehand. After bringing me in for an interview, they said in less than 10 minutes that my experience didn’t match the requirements. I was completely dumbfounded. = =
