Pros
The interviewer in the first round was very friendly.
Cons
They said verbally that they would respond around the middle of the month regarding whether I was accepted, and that the interviewer would proactively contact me. After making contact, they immediately replied that I did not meet their requirements, which did not leave a very comfortable impression.
