Before the interview, HR asks you to bring a 1-inch photo. If you don’t want to waste a photo, I recommend not bringing one.
After you finish filling out the forms, four people will come in at once.
Then, without any self-introductions, the person with the loudest voice will ask you to explain every work experience in detail—such as how you got to that company, through what channel, and why you left, among other things.
Next, they will challenge your experience using a black-and-white approach.
“You said you know CRM—which part?” (It was already written on my résumé.)
Simply because the part I listed wasn’t what they had in mind, they said, “Then that doesn’t count as CRM.”
(Good for you—you’re the expert.)
They will ask whether your previous duties leaned more toward A or B. After you answer B, they will say, “So you don’t know A?”
They will also write very forcefully on a piece of paper while you are speaking, then secretly turn it around to show the person next to them.
I really don’t know what they were so worked up about. It was an extremely bizarre interview.
