The Kaohsiung office is very beautiful, that's all.
I applied for a position in online marketing, including social media, but after joining, I ended up doing sales and administrative work. The job posting on 104 clearly did not describe these responsibilities, so there was often a mismatch in information between both sides. I actually had three supervisors: a southern-region sales supervisor, a Hsinchu sales supervisor, and a Hsinchu marketing supervisor. At first, I thought it would be a marketing role and that the company wanted to transform and pursue a startup-like direction, but its practices were rigid and inflexible. Although I was not the meeting recorder, I was asked to submit the minutes the next day, even though that day's meeting was already at the stage where both parties had discussed a partnership. In short, if you want a job in online marketing, don't come here. You will be doing sales and administrative work. When I asked whether the Kaohsiung office would hire administrative or sales staff, I was only told that the team would be expanded, but I kept handling sales-related matters. Online marketing is marketing, not sales!!! I really feel deceived!!! I feel extremely deceived, and it feels terrible!!! On top of that, to understand the information, I actually had to ask all three supervisors!! HR said that my direct supervisor was the southern-region sales supervisor, but the two supervisors in Hsinchu also kept interfering. I found it really confusing. In short, it was genuinely chaotic—an unbelievably chaotic kind of chaos. The Kaohsiung office clearly had no intention of hiring a supervisor, sales staff, or administrative staff, so the Kaohsiung office was both chaotic and misleading. If you want to work in online marketing, don't come here. I am seriously angry.
