1. Unjustified dismissal of employees: Dismissing employees without warning on the same day.
2. Threatening to withhold wages: Forcing employees to sign a voluntary resignation letter and delaying salary payments if they refuse to sign.
3. Violating the Labor Standards Act: Forcing employees to work overtime without calculating overtime pay in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
Characteristics: A spoiled mama’s boy who pretends to be generous but is extremely petty; behaves like an immature child; speaks without thinking; becomes angry and embarrassed at the slightest disagreement; gives disorganized work instructions, often making twice the effort for no result; frequently uses promises of grand benefits to get you to work overtime unconditionally, then invokes a “responsibility system” when it is time to pay wages; semi-coercively demands that employees sign a resignation agreement, otherwise withholding their wages.
