1. HR responded very promptly, and the processes for confirming receipt of the résumé and arranging the interview were fairly quick.

4. Before the interview, I had to take an online aptitude test. Many of the questions concerned ways of thinking about work, which seemed to show that the company places considerable importance on employee development and expectations and appears to have a good system in place.

1. I was required to provide excessively detailed personal information, which made me hesitate a little—it felt like signing away my freedom.

2. The interviewers began asking me to introduce myself without identifying themselves, and only mentioned who they were after I asked at the end. One of them did not look at or listen to me at all and just played on their phone. They had no interaction with me whatsoever and seemed very resistant to the interview, which left a poor impression.

3. The answers to the questions I raised as an interviewee were vague. They said that it was inconvenient to discuss them during the first interview, but when I later asked about the interview process, they said there would only be one interview. The inconsistency was confusing.

4. I received the text message thanking me for attending the interview while I was still in the interview. So does that mean I didn’t get the job—or were they trying to rush me out??
