勤業眾信聯合會計師事務所
Pros

You can learn the accounting processes of companies with different business models.

The company's website has abundant resources; if you have the capacity, there are actually many resources you can learn from.

Cons

They say that starting salaries for fresh graduates are higher than those in the industry, but in reality, this is only because of overtime pay. With such a low base salary, the resulting overtime pay is actually very little.

The daily working hours are twice those of other people, but the salary will absolutely not be twice as much.

(And you still have to work overtime on weekends.)

You are expected to assess for yourself which time was inefficient, and that time is not counted as overtime.

Taiwan's accounting environment has not yet woken up; many clients still do not know that they should prepare their own financial statements.

Although there are policies in place, in most cases it is still the audit team that prepares them.

Clients are still not very pleasant to deal with.

Those who have the ability to go abroad may be busier, but their clients are more courteous, the pay is better, and they can live with more dignity.

If you have the ability, you really should not consider joining.

They also do not care how the new hires are doing, because they replace the entire batch of staff every year.

Once you have worked there, you will know that public-sector jobs or positions in the industry are genuinely better,

whether in terms of salary or benefits.
