Work experience from a few years ago:

1. A very traditional family-owned business. At the time, the owner was a woman who wanted to hand the business over to her son.

2. Many longtime employees who had worked alongside the owner to build the company from the ground up.

3. The son was not very smart but liked holding meetings to lecture employees, and often used very anime-like language.

4. The son gathered a group of good-looking men as his entourage, and they would smoke and eat together.

5. The son liked hiring pretty women to join the company.

It felt like a company that had a lot of money but was very stingy.

I don’t know whether things are still like this now.
