Pros
Lots of food tastings; office staff generally do not work overtime. There are seasonal gatherings and movie outings.
Cons
The three major holiday bonuses and year-end bonus are pitifully small. Senior employees bully capable newcomers. Salaries are not adjusted.
The workload keeps increasing.
