1. No restrictions on working hours; you just need to complete eight hours each day.
2. There are quite a few excellent engineers, and people are willing to share their knowledge, so you can learn a lot of technical skills.

5. Ten days of annual leave are granted immediately.
1. Overtime must be requested in advance, and one hour for a meal break is deducted in advance. However... clients will not wait for you to eat.
2. PMs need to be able to withstand pressure from clients regarding overtime. The more you practice, the faster you learn, of course.
3. After the restructuring in 2019, salary increases and promotions became slower.
