When you first join as a full-time employee, your job title is Store Staff (three-month probationary period), with a starting salary of NT$27,000.

After passing the probationary period, your title is promoted to Assistant Store Supervisor (shift scheduling), with a salary of NT$28,000.

If you perform well and are willing, you may eventually have the opportunity to become an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or transfer to headquarters. I’m not sure about the salary for those positions, though XD

When you first start, your main duties are generally getting familiar with the environment, learning how to operate the cash register and check out customers, checking and stocking inventory, placing orders, promoting products, opening and closing the store, and so on!

Later, you’ll learn shift-scheduling duties, back-office operations, ordering for the entire store, and more.

Benefits include a 10% employee discount on weekdays and a 20% employee discount on Member Days.

You get 9–10 days off per month (you choose 4 days; the store manager schedules the rest).

If the cash register is short, you generally won’t be required to cover the difference (unless it was intentional or the amount is very large).

Positions below assistant store manager rarely require overtime or staying late; store managers work overtime more often.

The company follows the Labor Standards Act closely. If you work overtime, you’ll receive overtime pay or compensatory leave.

Taking leave is fairly easy, as long as the store has enough staff and you give notice in advance according to the rules.

There’s no individual sales-performance pressure~
