For part-time interviews, the store manager of the branch you applied to based on your résumé will call you and arrange a time for you to come to the store for an interview~

For full-time interviews, you first go to the head office in Zhongshan District.

Then go upstairs to the entrance on the left. There’s a receptionist; call the HR specialist you made the appointment with and just tell them you’re there for an interview.

Generally, an HR specialist, manager, district manager, or assistant HR manager may interview you individually (that’s how it was for me).

The interview content is basically a self-introduction, work experience, why you want to join Sanyou, and so on.

The interview process is actually quite pleasant, so just stay calm. There are no specific requirements for interview attire~ Just don’t wear shorts and flip-flops!!

Basically, as long as you show enthusiasm for customer service and a good attitude, you should have about an 80% chance of getting hired.

If you’re accepted, the district manager will ask you on the day of the interview which branch you’d like to work at. They’ll try to arrange a location that’s relatively close to your home.

But there’s really no guarantee that you’ll get the branch you want, unless they happen to have an opening~ (I had my placement changed twice at the last minute.)

For men, it depends on their looks and attitude~
