Pros
You get to interact with many foreign travelers.
The colleagues and supervisors are all young, so it’s easy to get along with them.
Performance is assessed on a team basis, so there isn’t too much pressure to meet individual targets.
The supervisor is quite receptive to employees’ ideas.
Cons
Top-level decisions keep changing; they are short-sighted and inflexible.
Far too profit-oriented.
