I never imagined that in 2019 there would still be companies whose operational processes relied entirely on handwritten forms—what a revelation!

During the training period, they only let you self-study with recordings full of confusing audio, background noise, and unclear speech. No one would help you. Is that what they call training, or are they making fun of me?

All the store’s operational procedures use handwritten forms, hehe. You write by hand so much it feels like the 20th century, with no computer for you to use—hehe, it’s unbelievably ridiculous. Handwriting alone would be one thing, but they also divide everything into a bunch of meaningless procedures, making simple tasks complicated. It’s all run by a bunch of rigid old women. For example, they insist on stamping a form to guarantee there are no mistakes, yet plenty of people still forget to write things down or fill them in. Oh, and by the way, once you’ve been there long enough, the store manager won’t scold you!

This brand is always congratulating itself on being lofty and a luxury brand, yet the store manager speaks with a very rustic accent, has no sense of quality, and only plays mind games. They don’t tell you anything and expect you to figure it out yourself—if no one tells you, how would you know what you’re supposed to watch out for?! Is this how you train people?

Older ladies and aunties who like paper-based work and can remember which link goes with which are very suitable for joining this company! Young people accustomed to computers, 3C products, and the information age should think very carefully! After all, we weren’t educated in the late Qing or early Republican era. Aunties with body odor or strange underarm smells are also very suitable for joining them and becoming colleagues! Great!
