Cons
I interviewed for an engineering position. The job posting stated an annual salary of NT$750,000–950,000. The company actually has the budget, but the manager is only willing to offer NT$800,000.
After evaluating the situation, I believe this is because the manager lacks the ability to lead senior engineers. Therefore, I recommend that those seeking an annual salary above NT$800,000 not come for an interview, because even if you do, you will only be treated as a free consultant and end up wasting your time.
