There is coffee to drink
The boss has professional knowledge about coffee
1. The internal employee turnover rate is extremely high, and work processes are chaotic and disorganized. Some job duties are concealed during the interview.
2. Colleagues and supervisors are emotional; when problems arise, you are left to fend for yourself.
3. Assistant position: after you have worked for one week, the supervisor expects you to have the speed and accuracy that normally take at least three months to develop. With no one available to ask, you are expected to learn as quickly as Superman and make zero mistakes. After working for one week, even if a mistake is not your fault, as a newcomer you will be made the scapegoat—somehow, every mistake is the rookie's fault.
4. If you are so broke that you are reduced to eating dirt, or if you are a coffee fanatic, you can still give applying a try.
