The HR staff had a very good attitude.
The company with the worst attitude I have ever encountered in an interview!
1. When HR asked the department head to join the interview, the department head actually became angry and furious after I answered the interview questions, immediately retorting: “Have you seen how other home appliance companies do things?” I was completely dumbfounded. Weren’t you asking for my opinion? What exactly are you angry about? Are you serious?
If you don’t want to conduct interviews, then don’t invite people in the first place. How could things be this terrible?!
Their emotional control was extremely poor, and their attitude was also terrible.
2. When HR went to ask the department head to join the interview, I could hear very cheerful chatting outside while I was left waiting for a long time. They showed absolutely no respect for the interviewee.
Seriously, don’t waste your time!
