The staff are almost all quite young, with few experienced employees (not sure why they didn't stay).

The office is filled with the sound of supervisors harshly berating subordinates and slamming their desks,

making the work atmosphere feel very strange and creating a sense of being enslaved.

Senior management has heard about it and seems to tacitly approve of this method of managing people.

After some employees clocked out, they were still required to continue working at night, but were not paid overtime.
