3. The bureaucratic atmosphere is quite severe, so colleagues are generally not very easy to get along with. The environment is too self-interested, and managers care too much about saving face.
Overall, because the bureaucracy and work atmosphere are generally uncomfortable and unpleasant, the company can only rely on benefits or bonuses to retain employees or attract new hires—similar to the concept of a candy house.
