I've been working at the headquarters for over a year now.
The colleagues are nice, and the work atmosphere is relaxed. As long as you can meet your work objectives, that's all that matters—the supervisor doesn't micromanage.
There are very few benefits; they only meet the requirements of the Labor Standards Act. Subsidies for bonuses, employee trips, and other activities are all at the bare minimum. The company is extremely stingy.
They don't replace people when positions become vacant. Unless everyone resigns because they really can't take it anymore, they won't hire replacements.
If you're a little older, coming here to coast along isn't a bad option. The supervisors are all talk and bluffing. If you're young, I don't recommend coming here.
