2. There are tons of learning resources. As long as you make good use of them, you can benefit greatly. If there’s a course you want to take outside the company, you can even apply for a subsidy! This company is practically an angel.

3. The promotion system is extremely transparent. You have very clear goals from the moment you join, and the company doesn’t have any hierarchy. There’s really no need for office politics—as long as you work hard, becoming a junior manager within a year isn’t a problem.
