Pros

I can't really think of any.

Cons

1. The working hours are too long. The company claims that employees are on a responsibility-based work system, but in reality this amounts to working overtime without overtime pay.

2. The boss's wife has very poor emotional management. She often humiliates and berates people to their faces. Policies change again and again, depending on her mood.

3. No payslips are provided. Benefits can be canceled at will.

4. It is a family-run company that is completely opaque. Family members lack sufficient ability and are unable to listen to others' opinions.

5. Employees are required to participate in company activities, but are given neither overtime pay nor anything of equivalent value. Employees are pressured into accepting this.

6. The turnover rate is too high, and the company cannot retain talent.

7. It is a company that loves holding meetings. They often last half a day, yet have no meaningful content or focus.

8. The boss's wife likes to make things up out of thin air. Work processes are complicated, and she does not trust employees.
