It seems to be a well-known design company in the design industry, and the projects it takes on also have budgets of a certain standard. Those with passion and interest should be well suited to learning at your company.
I interviewed around April 2019. There were two interviewers: the director and a senior designer. The process went fairly smoothly. Although we had some differences in our perspectives, I personally found both interviewers easy to get along with. The director felt that young people of our generation are not unwilling to work hard, but simply do not want to be so exhausted. I agree with that; after all, under these working conditions, it is impossible for there to be more people than before who still want to work in this industry.
However, there is one thing I care about very much. Regardless of whether the interview process goes smoothly, the interviewer should see the candidate out. It would have been fine if the director had simply asked an employee to see me out, but after the interview, when I left the meeting room, the director and the other senior employee went straight back to their workstations. I had to take off my slippers casually at the entrance, find the door myself, turn the handle, and leave. I was a guest, after all, not your employee, and I really did not feel respected.
