Pros
Some department managers, once they have been in their positions for a long time, become very problematic. Guo × Fen and Li Li ×, for example, engage in a lot of workplace bullying through their authority; it is quite abnormal.
Cons
Slow promotion, deteriorating salary and benefits, and office culture
