Pros
Employees can purchase the company’s own products at a staff discount.
Cons
There is no overtime pay, and part-time employees also have to fill out some reports, whereas other positions of the same nature do not have to. Overtime pay still isn’t provided for working on compensatory days off as required by the Labor Standards Act. Ridiculous~
