2) Whenever something happens, everyone often shirks responsibility, acting as if it has nothing to do with them.
3) Long-serving employees like to take sides and curry favor with others. If you do not know how to curry favor, they freeze you out, while also enjoying pointing fingers and making critical remarks behind your back.
4) The “happy enterprise” is merely for show.
