There really are none.
1. From the very first day, part-time employees are expected to get up to speed and work quickly—preferably like robots that never take breaks, use the restroom, or drink water.
2. They occasionally pretend to offer encouragement, but are actually applying pressure.
3. The work environment is extremely poor and noisy. Internal full-time employees form cliques, fight, and speak badly about one another behind their backs—this happens every day. Part-time employees just want to quietly do their own work and really don't need to constantly hear idle gossip.
4. Communication between departments is extremely poor. They argue every day (for the same reason mentioned above).
5. The restroom is extremely, extremely, extremely old and frightening. In all my years in the workforce, I have never seen a company with such a terrible work environment and such awful treatment of people.
