Pros

1. Colleagues get along harmoniously and are very supportive of one another

Cons

Con 1: Extremely unprofessional HR. On workdays when the government announces double pay, HR tells you that if you do not want to work, you should take leave; if you volunteer to work, they will pay you your regular salary. Whether you get paid feels like charity, entirely dependent on HR’s mood and generosity. They do not even provide the most basic labor and health insurance, and they also report an understated amount.

Con 2: The boss says one thing and does another. They say they dislike cliques, but they themselves lead by example in forming cliques, showing particular favor toward certain departments or people who flatter them. Basically, as long as you know how to flatter the boss, you do not need to know how to work.

Con 3: The boss cannot accept other people’s opinions and refuses to take responsibility for wrong decisions, only telling the relevant departments to hurry up and clean up the mess.

Con 4: The benefits promised to employees are repeatedly reduced. Even when purchasing snacks for the office, the boss has to review and approve them before they can be bought. The budget is probably only around 1,000 per month, and if people eat too much, the boss will even scold them.

Con 5: There is no mechanism or data-based evaluation for year-end performance reviews. The boss simply writes some random comments and finds excuses to cut your year-end bonus.

Con 6: For employee trips, they hold meetings to discuss and collect everyone’s opinions, but the final destination is entirely up to the boss and HR.

Con 7: The boss’s meetings are completely unfocused. They ask whatever comes to mind, have no understanding of what the department actually does, and keep making bizarre demands that do not solve any problems.

Con 8: During employee trips, everyone is forced to stay together with the boss; forming small groups is not allowed.

Con 9: The boss firmly believes in HR’s feng shui theories, although no one knows where that reasoning comes from. Every few months, everyone has to move and change seats, and the timing must be selected according to feng shui. They even use toilet paper to circle in the air and inform the deities above the seats that we are moving~~~

Con 10: Apart from mistakenly paying the wrong salaries at the beginning of the month, HR’s regular work consists of seeking bank loans—and even borrowing the wrong amounts, resulting in there being no money to purchase goods. HR also acts as the boss’s human surveillance camera, constantly walking around the extremely small office, nitpicking, secretly looking at everyone’s screens to see what they are doing, and saying that everyone has nothing to do whenever they hear any sound, before lying back down in the office to scroll on their phone.

Con 11: The boss has not installed surveillance cameras in the bathrooms, pantry, or changing room, but every other angle is covered by cameras. The surveillance screens prominently show employees’ computers. Employees are given lockers, but whenever the boss cannot find a personal item, they will open the employees’ lockers extensively to search. Other than going to the bathroom, there is absolutely no privacy in this company.
