An elderly company? It looks like there are a lot of old people.
If you don’t mind banana-level pay and have good EQ and know how to deal with old people, you can give it a try.
They recruit under multiple company names, including Shengsheng, Yisheng, Yayun, Chewang, and others.
A workplace environment that values EQ over technical skills; veteran employees put on strange airs that interfere with work.
A family business where the boss acts based on emotions.
The work environment is dim and cluttered, and the office equipment is outdated. The boss has money to buy a new car for New Year’s but no money to purchase a single ruler.
The pay is only banana-level, and the employee training promised during the interview was never provided—not even before I left.
During the interview, they only tell you that the company members have many years of experience, but they won’t tell you the part about the high turnover rate.
