Complies with the Labor Standards Act; the company is developing steadily.
The company continues to expand and is showing steady development. However, there are still many internal problems. The systems are unclear, there are no SOPs, and people generally do not know the procedures, which is confusing. Many matters require approval from the chairman or the special assistant, while employees are generally still able to get along with one another. There are many personnel-related issues, and the lack of clear systems has led many people to exploit loopholes, but most people turn a blind eye. After staying for a while, you may feel that it is best just to do your own work or leave when your working hours are over. The factions and senior employees mentioned in previous comments are also a fact. After all, the company has gradually brought in some people as managers, which should mean that it wants to change the company, but the results may not yet be apparent. In short, it is a steadily developing company, but staying there is not necessarily that easy.
