There was a labor inspection violation case in 2019.
The managers may not know much about the world outside.
They often use illogical rhetoric to get things done.
The department-level manager believes that everything below them should be handled properly, which is understandable.
They only say, “Just do your job well,” but do not help or discuss things along the way.
I don’t know how they get their managerial allowance, haha.
They think that since they pay you, you should do everything well, which is also understandable.
But they do not support you at all. It makes little difference whether they are there or not—they are just another person supervising you.
They are extremely nice to vendors and only want to be the good person both externally and internally.
It is also impossible to discuss how to do things, because they only look at what you propose and then reject it point by point.
In the end, their proposal is similar to yours.
They often say, “Having done this for so long, do you think I don’t know how to do it?”
Mm-hmm.
But anyway, you will encounter this kind of thing wherever you work, so it depends on whether you think the salary is worth it.
