1. Long working hours; you need to be able to endure hardship. Working more than 46 hours of overtime is commonplace

2. The factory across from headquarters is a mess. Very few managers at the department-head level or above actually know how to do the work. They shift blame, avoid responsibility, and flatter others. It makes no difference if you cannot do the work, as long as you know how to put on an act

3. The managers of the Engineering, Production, Production Control, and MPM departments are terrible. Engineering has an extremely high turnover rate; they turn against you at the drop of a hat. When manufacturing managers encounter problems, they hide while those below them take the hit. The production lines are in complete chaos, their communication lacks focus, and there is an endless stream of messes to clean up. The production control manager is even more prone to shifting blame and often verbally berates people, in ways that constitute public insult. They also frequently harass women, and turnover is very high

4. If you want a good quality of life, think carefully before joining. If you end up under any of the managers described above, working here will only waste your youth
