Pros
The training under the department is okay.
Cons
When joining this company, you must choose the department and choose the right manager.
A certain storage product line in PC—don't waste your time interviewing for it.
The people at the top only fight among themselves, many people below have already left, and the salary is always lower than in other departments, yet they expect you to be very capable.
Don't be fooled by grand promises about spinning off a subsidiary to lure you in!!!!!!
