[Foreign company exterior, traditional-industry core]
· Currently registered as Biou Leكس, with brands including Orogold and Lioness.
· A startup with no systems or structure; policies change constantly, at the boss’s whim.
· The boss is a French-Israeli national, has no culture, and only cares about money. Girls longing for French elegance should go to a leading major brand.
· The company needs flatterers, not people who know how to get things done.
[ Extremely high turnover ]
· The boss prioritizes personal preferences. Aside from looking at sales performance, they do not look at KPIs—possibly due to poor English proficiency, poor comprehension, and low EQ.
[ The office is your Tinder ]
· There are many young Western colleagues, and some young Taiwanese women are very willing to offer themselves for free. There are workplace “unspoken rules,” you know~
[ Frequently required to work unreasonable overtime ]
· Regardless of whether you receive a fixed salary or performance bonuses, you are often pressured into working overtime. Much of the work is outside your scope because there are many incompetent teammates.
· There is no overtime pay, nor can the hours be exchanged for time off. Israelis are stingy by nature.
[ No holiday bonuses, year-end bonus, or overseas trips ]
· In addition, labor and health insurance are insured at only the minimum level.
Junior-high and high-school graduates (including dropouts), people returning to the workforce, and money-minded girls are welcome to come here to muddle through or become the boss’s lover :)
