The boss and employees engage in intrigue against one another
1. The boss is the source of the trouble. As long as an employee does not go along with him, he will start turning other colleagues against you.
2. Before you join, they will tell you that it is a bonus-based system. In reality, the bonus is not paid until three months after the case is closed; in reality, the bonus is not paid until three months after the case is closed; in reality, the bonus is not paid until three months after the case is closed. If a case is delayed, it takes at least three months to close, so it takes at least half a year to receive the bonus... You work yourself to the bone, hoping to use this system—with no overtime pay—to make up the difference. To put it bluntly, the boss never intended to pay the bonus, and then... the actual bonus is pitifully small.
3. When you are about to resign, the boss will ask you to stay. You raise any unreasonable issues and suggestions regarding the company; the boss agrees with you on the surface, but once you soften and decide to stay, things immediately become another matter.
4. The shortcomings mentioned in the previous comments are all true; the shortcomings mentioned in the previous comments are all true; the shortcomings mentioned in the previous comments are all true. It is important, so I’ll say it three times.
