Pros
The office has a lively atmosphere. When I arrived at the company for the interview, it felt very bustling.
The interviewing manager was very open-minded, and the organization is relatively flat.
Convenient transportation, which is very important!!!
Cons
The company is not very large and is relatively young.
It feels like you have to figure out many things on your own (which feels like both an advantage and a disadvantage).
