The company’s owner invited me to an interview at Starbucks. One thing I really admire is that the entire team works fully in the cloud. In the midst of the serious pandemic, this is truly quite forward-thinking. After learning about its current operations, I feel that the team management must have something exceptional about it. I imagine that anyone willing to join must share the same character traits. What a wonderfully happy company.
A results-based responsibility system. I’m actually very afraid of companies with this kind of system—I wonder whether, if something goes wrong, everyone will push the responsibility onto one another!!
