Having an amazing teammate is the greatest driving force at work, and it also lets you see what a truly terrible teammate looks like.
You can max out your skills in a short time, mature mentally by five years in that same short time, and see the true face of the workplace even more quickly.
You can learn how to use sales talk to win over clients, as well as how to complete every work task at the lowest possible cost.
Most importantly, you can gain a wealth of experience, enabling you to make highly perceptive judgments about the strengths and weaknesses of employers when looking for your next job.
If you possess these traits—“a workaholic,” “loving to work overtime,” “obeying everything the boss says,” and “an M personality” (a submissive temperament)—congratulations! You are extremely well suited to the ecosystem and culture here!
Just take what 104 writes with a grain of salt; every company beautifies itself, and basically, the better your abilities, the tougher you have to be.
Don’t expect comprehensive training. Finding a way to save yourself is the most reliable approach.
104 doesn’t mention bonuses or benefits, so there won’t be any either. However, the boss will say there is a bonus system—just don’t take it to heart.
The company has all kinds of rules that will make it “inconvenient” to take leave, “inconvenient” to work overtime, and “inconvenient” to receive your full salary.
You must be strong, independent, and persistent. Remember to protect yourself at all times.
